Thankful for ALL OF IT!

What a week last week was!

I was speaking at a 2 day conference - It was A-MAZING!

Two days with incredible souls? Delivering my Limitless Keynote? It’s a YES from me!

As I was saying in my talk - it's all about IMPACTING the world in the way ONLY YOU CAN!

If YOU don't do it - nobody else will!

There's a YOU shaped hole!

It was such a great time of connecting with wonderful women and chatting with other amazing Coaches in the same space.


And at the end - there I was, casually driving home, feeling SO grateful for the impact I get to have and the life I've built for myself, when a streak of bright green light shot down next to the motorway. At first I thought it was a plane but the light never “landed”.

And then I realised - IT WAS A METEOR!

MIND. BLOWN!

I’ve never seen ANYTHING like it!


Yup - pretty amazing I didn't instantly veer off the M40! It was HUGE!

A total sign to me that I'm very much on the path I'm meant to be on!

Like my week couldn't get any better! I felt so grateful!


But being THANKFUL (Happy Thanksgiving if you celebrated this week) and GRATEFUL are not all about the massive meteor moments.

It's the super small things too.

Why? Because this stuff is super powerful!


The effects of gratitude have been shown to have the same impact as medication.

The impact is neurological AND physical.

When we express and receive gratitude, our brain releases dopamine and serotonin, the feel-good hormones! It’s that simple!



And there are SO many benefits including:

  • Stronger immunity!

  • Better mood!

  • Positive emotions & thoughts!

  • Better sleep!

It’s a YES from me!

Don't wait for the Meteor Moments!

Look for the good in every day and celebrate the small things too.


LIMITLESS ACTION

Keep a Gratitude Journal next to your bed.

Every night, in bed write down 3 things you're grateful for that day.

Big or small.

Start to notice how you SEE the good things more!

Remember - you find what you look for!

So look for the GOOD STUFF!
